TheparticipantsspokeagainstNATO"sexpansionandcalledforpeaceinUkraine,criticizingU.S.heftyspendingontheUkrainecrisisandtheWhiteHouse"sannouncementtoprovideKievwithanotherPatriotsurface-to-airmissilebattery.
